While the LAGC men’s team looks to defend their title, the women of LAGC will be eyeing the first-ever WTGL championship.

New York Golf Club
Yana Wilson, Rose Zhang, Lydia Ko, Linn Grant, and Danielle Kang make up the NYGC roster, which boasts 29 LPGA Tour victories, a host of Olympic medals, and consistent representation at the Solheim Cup.
Lydia Ko brings the most winning experience, with 23 of their 29 Tour victories, and Olympic Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals to show.
This will be no easy task for LAGC, but they have the talent to match.
LAGC with Talent to Match
LAGC brings a mix of experience and young talent — 30+ years of combined Tour experience between Wie West, Lee, and López, then only 3 years of Tour experience between Iwai and Romero. Speaking of that young talent...
Aki Iwai has been as good as anyone this fall, securing a T-2 finish at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship, and just capturing another professional win a few weeks ago at the Stanley Ladies Honda Golf Tournament, breaking the tournament record at -16.
The vets can obviously play, but it’s not just the vets.

The Format
Each team selects 3 players to compete in each match. Matches consist of 15 holes broken up into two sections — 9 holes of Triples, then 6 holes of Singles.
In Triples, the players on each team take turns one shot after the other, so that no one takes two shots in a row. In Singles, each player on a team will go head-to-head against one player on the other team in two of the six Singles holes.
The Lineups
Here are the long-awaited lineups for the inaugural WTGL match:
Both teams look to lean on experience in match one. Each team believes they have the answers to the challenges their opponents give them. Only one can prevail.
